To submit an opinion article

CSR Digest accepts opinion articles on relevant topics for its Opinion section. Articles typically run from 400 to 1,200 words, but submissions of any length will be considered. All submissions must be original, and exclusive to CSR Digest. We will not consider articles that have already been published, in any form, in print or online.

Unfortunately, because the number of submissions is so large, we have to pass on much material of value and interest, and cannot reply to all submissions. If you do not hear from us within three business days, please assume that we will not be able to use your article. You should then feel free to offer it elsewhere.

Submissions may be sent to:

To submit an opinion video

We also accept submissions of Op-Ed videos that present a clearly articulated argument or viewpoint like a traditional Op-Ed essay and relate to topics in the news. In addition to completed videos, we will consider written pitches along with links to representative footage. We cannot consider film trailers, nor can we consider videos that have already been posted online or broadcast on television. In addition to new short works, we can consider pieces that are adapted from longer, topical works-in-progress. Submissions should be no more than five minutes long.

Please e-mail submissions to:

To submit a letter to the editor

Letters should be exclusive to CSR Digest. We do not publish open letters or third-party letters.

Letters should preferably be 150 to 175 words, should refer to an article that has appeared within the last seven days, and must include the writer’s address and phone numbers. No attachments, please.

We regret that because of the volume of submissions, we cannot acknowledge unpublished letters other than by an automated e-mail reply. Writers of letters selected for publication will be notified within a week. Letters may be edited and shortened for space.
